Milagro Oil & Gas, Inc. is a Houston-based independent oil and gas exploration and production company incorporated in Delaware in 2005 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Milagro Holdings, LLC. The company acquires, develops, and produces oil, natural gas, and NGLs across approximately 183,000 net acres and 1,186 wells in four onshore regions: Texas Gulf Coast, Southeast Louisiana and Mississippi, South Texas, and Mid-Continent (North Texas and Oklahoma), operating 797 of those wells directly. FY2014 revenues totaled approximately $153 million; the company employed 98 people as of mid-2015.
