Court clears Tupperware plan solicitation and sets confirmation hearing
The court approved the adequacy of Tupperware’s disclosure statement on an interim and final basis, authorized the plan solicitation and notice procedures, and set a combined disclosure-statement and confirmation hearing for April 17, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. ET under the Order Approving Disclosure Statement and Scheduling Combined Hearing.
The order puts the case on a compressed confirmation track: solicitation was to launch March 12, the plan supplement is due March 31, votes are due April 7 at 4:00 p.m. ET, confirmation objections are due April 10 at 4:00 p.m. ET, and the voting report and confirmation brief are due April 14. This matters now because creditors and transaction parties have a live voting and objection window rather than an open-ended plan process.
