Turnberry/MGM Grand Towers, LLC is a Nevada limited liability company formed to develop The Signature Towers, three luxury high-rise condominium towers on Harmon Avenue adjacent to the MGM Grand hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. Each tower contains 576 residential units, totaling 1,728 condominiums marketed to individual buyers beginning in 2004 for owner-occupancy or rental. The project is a 50/50 joint venture between affiliates of Turnberry, a luxury real estate developer, and MGM Resorts International, with each tower held by a separate affiliated Nevada LLC.
