Accuride is in post-effective-date administration following confirmation and implementation of its chapter 11 reorganization plan; the case has moved beyond active in-court restructuring, with the record indicating a final-decree posture. The reorganization became effective on March 7, 2025, after confirmation in February 2025. The commercial-vehicle wheel and wheel-end manufacturer filed chapter 11 petitions on October 9, 2024 amid a sustained freight-market downturn, elevated labor and raw-material costs, supply-chain disruption, operating challenges, and acute liquidity pressure. Its chief restructuring officer described a capital structure for which the debtor reported approximately $485.6 million of funded debt, including first-lien term and ABL obligations, and a lender-supported path to equitize prepetition term-loan debt through a plan process in the first-day declaration Dkt. 16.
