Adamar of New Jersey, Inc. owns and operates Tropicana Casino and Resort – Atlantic City, a destination gaming resort spanning four city blocks on 14 acres of the Atlantic City Boardwalk. The property features 2,129 hotel rooms, 143,000 square feet of casino floor (third-largest in Atlantic City) with 3,580 slot machines, 140 table games, and 35 poker tables, plus The Quarter, a 200,000-square-foot Old Havana-themed entertainment complex. The resort draws 4 million visits annually and was acquired from Aztar Corporation by Tropicana Entertainment, LLC for $2.1 billion in 2007.
