id: Instrument key, stable while later publications carry the instrument.
case_id: Canonical case identifier.
case_name: Case name.
label: Instrument name as the filings state it.
facility_type: Instrument form.
lien_rank: Lien rank from the name, priority words or collateral. split means different ranks on different collateral pools (collateral_summary says which); secured_unranked is secured with no rank captured; unknown means no lien position was captured, not that the filings are silent. 'Senior' alone is not a lien rank.

payment_priority: Payment priority among lenders sharing collateral (super senior, first-out to last-out) as the name or priority words state it; null when none is stated.
priority_label: Priority and lien words exactly as the filings state them.
balance_basis: What the balance measures: principal, principal including PIK, or unspecified (the filing does not say); gross_obligation or secured_claim when the instrument states no balance that counts and its claim stands in.
balance_date: Explicit measurement date the filings give for the balance; null when undated.
balance_period: How the balance is dated: at the petition date, an explicit date, in the declaration's own discussion (source_context), historical, or unspecified.
balance_bound: lower when the filings state the balance as at least this much.
approximate: The filings state the balance approximately.
entity_membership: Whose debt the balance is: the debtors', a wider group's (mixed), or unattributed (unknown).
balance_conflict: Equally ranked balances in the filings disagree; balance_amount is the best-ranked one and is not counted.
balance_counted: The balance counts toward the case's identified debt: included, not flagged, and measured at or before the petition.
claim_amount: Claim: the best-ranked gross obligation (with interest and fees) or secured claim the filings state. In claim_currency.
claim_currency: ISO currency of claim_amount.
claim_basis: gross_obligation or secured_claim.
claim_date: Explicit measurement date the filings give for the claim; null when undated.
claim_conflict: Equally ranked claims in the filings disagree; claim_amount is the best-ranked one.
commitment_amount: Commitment: the facility size the filings state, drawn or not. In commitment_currency.
commitment_currency: ISO currency of commitment_amount.
commitment_conflict: Equally ranked commitments in the filings disagree; commitment_amount is the best-ranked one.
maturity_precision: The finest unit the source states: day, month (maturity_date holds the first of that month) or year (January 1 of that year).
rate_text: Interest rate as the filings state it.
benchmark: Benchmark of ordinary interest parsed from rate_text: sofr, libor (including Eurodollar and Eurocurrency rates), base_rate (an alternate base rate or ABR), prime, other, or fixed for a fixed coupon in fixed_rate_bps. Null when rate_text states no single benchmark.
fixed_rate_bps: Fixed annual coupon in basis points when benchmark is fixed; a cash and a PIK coupon sum (interest_payment says how it is paid). Null when rate_text states no single coupon.
spread_bps: Margin over the benchmark in basis points; null when rate_text states no single margin.
floor_bps: Benchmark floor in basis points.
interest_payment: How ordinary interest is paid, as rate_text states it: cash, pik, cash_and_pik, or cash_or_pik at an election.
collateral_summary: Collateral as the filings describe it.
security_ids: CUSIPs and ISINs the filings state for the instrument, separated by spaces.
agent_or_trustee: Administrative or collateral agents and indenture trustees, separated by semicolons.
provenance_tier: filing, or external_source when every citation is an external web source.
