budget_id: Stable identifier of the budget; every line of one budget shares it.
case_id: Canonical case identifier.
case_name: Case display name.
budget_date: Filing date of the document that contains the budget.
period_start: First forecast week of the budget.
period_end: Last forecast week of the budget.
currency: Currency of the amounts, as an ISO code.
line_number: Position of the line in the source table; sort by it to read a budget in order.
line_group: The source section heading the line sits under, such as operating disbursements.
line_label: The line as the source labels it.
line_key: Normalized line name, such as receipts, disbursements, net_cash_flow, beginning_cash or ending_cash.
weeks: Each forecast week in order: week index, week-ending date, amount, and blank_reason when the source cell is blank or unreadable.
source_filing_url: The filing that contains the budget; read it for notes and variance terms.
