case_name: Case display name.
petition_date: Case petition date from case metadata.
milestone_kind: The required event; a combined milestone takes its latest event, and a milestone that requires a filing is the filing.
description: The milestone as the source describes it.
deadline_date: Stated calendar deadline.
deadline_text: The deadline as the source states it, including relative deadlines and extensions.
days_after_petition: Calendar days from the petition date to the deadline: the stated date less the petition date, else the stated number of days after the petition date.
approval_status: approved when an entered order states the milestone, or approves by reference the request that states it; proposed when only a pending request does.
status: Whether the source reports the milestone met, missed, waived or amended.
deadline_outcome: Derived by ElevenFlo, not stated by the source: event_by_deadline when event_date is on or before the deadline; event_after_deadline when it is later, which can reflect an extension or waiver the source does not show; not_yet_due when no event is served and the deadline has not passed; no_event_found when no event is served and it has passed. The deadline is deadline_date, else the petition date plus the stated days. Null when event_date is not derived, no deadline is stated, or the current plan reports the event without its date. status reports what the source says.

event_date: Derived by ElevenFlo, not stated by the source: the date of the case event an interim_order, final_order, confirmation_order or plan_effective milestone requires. For an order, the docket date of the case's first entered order of that stage in dip-approval-history; a certificate or notice resolves to the order it carries. A milestone naming DIP financing needs a financing order (one whose reading states a facility), one naming only cash collateral takes any entered order, and otherwise a financing order comes first. For a plan, the current plan's confirmation or effective date. Null for other kinds, for plan_effective wordings that do not require effectiveness, consummation or emergence (such as exit financing), and for wordings naming a different or further event: a hearing or objections (unless the wording begins with the order's entry), voting, a recognition, a scheduling order, a later interim order, a sale or closing, or a step that files, mails, serves or delivers something.
days_event_after_deadline: Derived by ElevenFlo: calendar days from the deadline to event_date. Negative when the event came before the deadline.
facility_key: The facility the milestone binds, when the source ties it to one.
document_name: Title of the filing that states the milestone.
docket_number: Docket number of the filing that states the milestone.
