Read before relying on a row

Many fee applications have no linked decision yet; most are 'filed' awaiting a fee order, which is not a denial. allowed_fees_amount / allowed_expenses_amount are the per-application surviving allowance, not an engagement-level allowed-to-date total; use fees-by-professional for cumulative totals. A null amount is not yet extracted, never zero or a denial. Requested, payable under the case's interim procedure (certified_payable_fees_amount, after a certificate of no objection), court-allowed and paid are distinct facts; none of these fields proves payment. Never sum fees_requested_amount across rows as case cost: monthly, interim and final filings overlap.

fees_billed_amount: Gross fees for the period before voluntary reductions, in the row's currency_code.
fee_adjustments_amount: Net voluntary reductions or write-offs applied to billed fees; reductions are negative. In currency.
fees_payable_now_amount: Fees asked to be paid now under an interim procedure, such as 80% of fees requested. In currency.
expenses_requested_amount: Amount in the row's currency_code.
holdback_amount: Fees the filing states are held back from interim payment. In currency.
no_objection_certified_on: Filing date of the earliest certificate of no objection whose docket text cites this application; null when none is linked. For a monthly statement it makes the statement payable under the case's interim procedure. Not an allowance or payment.
certified_payable_fees_amount: For a monthly statement with a certificate of no objection, the fees it asks to be paid now, or its requested fees less the holdback it states; null otherwise. Payable, never proof of payment; expenses are not included. In currency.
prior_payments_amount: Amounts the filing states were already paid for this application. In currency.
allowed_fees_amount: Court-allowed fees for this individual application, in currency_code; not a cumulative case/professional total or payment amount.
allowed_expenses_amount: Court-allowed expenses for this individual application, in currency_code; not a cumulative case/professional total or payment amount.
hours_billed: Total hours the filing states for the period.
timekeeper_roster_status: Whether the published timekeeper rows add up to the filing's printed roster total: reconciled, no_printed_total, sum_mismatch or truncated; null without published rows. Rows publish under every status.
timekeeper_entry_share: For an application whose filing prints no roster, the share of its billed time entries attributed to a named timekeeper in the entry-derived roster; null when a printed roster publishes or no entry names a timekeeper.
retention_engagement_public_id: The professional-retentions id of the one retention engagement this application links to: same case and resolved firm, narrowed by client side, then role. Null unless retention_link_status is linked. The link never changes either row's role or client.
retention_link_status: linked: exactly one engagement fits. ambiguous: several of the firm's engagements fit, so none is chosen and no dollars count twice. no_engagement: the firm has no served retention engagement in the case. unresolved_applicant: the applicant has no resolved firm.
retention_link_disagreements: Where a linked application and its engagement state different facts: role_differs, side_differs. Both values stay as filed.
