Read before relying on a row

Recovery percentages and claim estimates are projections from the plan or disclosure statement, not actual distributions.
class_bucket is the plan's stated claim or interest type, or one normalized from the class name and priority label (class_bucket_basis); it is unknown when the label names none. priority_bucket keeps the raw extracted label.
cited_fields and uncited_fields say which of a class's values carry an admitted page citation; uncited values are served, not withheld.
Ballot tallies appear when a current tabulation row matches the class by number and debtor scope, or by number alone when the plan has one class with that number; a row whose class name shares no word with the class's is not matched. Other classes carry vote_result alone. ballot_match_method says whether the tabulation names the current plan's document (exact_scope_number) or another version or none; then the confirming order either carries that document's votes, by relating to it or citing it as the solicited filing beside a finding that the modifications need no resolicitation or that acceptances stand (order_carries_votes), or does not say so (scope_number_name); ballot_document_public_id with ballot_page cite the tabulation page.
Filtering or grouping on cited_fields or uncited_fields scans current-plan citations and can take several seconds without a case filter.

class_number: Class designation as the plan states it.
class_name: Class name as the plan states it.
class_bucket: Claim or interest type of the class: the plan's stated type, or one normalized from the class name and extracted priority label; unknown when the label names none.
is_impaired: The plan states the class is impaired; null when unstated.
voting_status: Whether the class votes or is deemed to accept or reject; deemed_accepting_or_rejecting when the plan states either, by the class's treatment; conflicting when it also states a vote; unstated when none.
vote_result: Class vote outcome from the confirmation record: accepted, rejected, deemed_accepted, deemed_rejected, not_entitled_to_vote or unknown.
estimated_claim_amount_usd: Estimated allowed claims in the class as the plan or disclosure statement projects them, in USD.
recovery_low_pct: Projected low recovery for the class as the plan or disclosure statement states it; not an actual distribution. In percent.
recovery_mid_pct: Projected mid recovery for the class as the plan or disclosure statement states it; not an actual distribution. In percent.
recovery_high_pct: Projected high recovery for the class as the plan or disclosure statement states it; not an actual distribution. In percent.
treatment_types: Distinct treatment types the class receives, such as cash, new_equity or reinstatement.

plan_status: Lifecycle stage of the case's current plan.
plan_type: Plan type as the current plan describes itself.
confirmation_date: Date the court confirmed the current plan; null when no confirmation is established.
effective_date: Date the current plan became effective.
scope_key: Debtor scope the class belongs to: case for a jointly classified plan, or one debtor or debtor group.
scope_label: Display name of the debtor scope.
class_kind: claim, interest, mixed or unknown.
class_bucket_basis: stated when the plan states class_bucket; normalized when it is read from the class name or priority label.
is_intercompany: The class holds intercompany claims or interests, as stated or named in its label.
priority_bucket: Priority label as extracted, before normalization into class_bucket; spellings vary across plans.
is_impaired_basis: stated when is_impaired is extracted; normalized when it is read from an impaired or unimpaired label quoted for the class.
allowed_claim_amount_usd: Allowed claims where a source states them, in USD.
cash_amount_usd: Cash the class receives when its treatments state one amount; null when none or several different amounts are stated. In USD.
new_equity_pct: Share of reorganized equity the class receives when its treatments state one percentage; null otherwise.
treatments: Every treatment component and election for the class, nested in the class row.
ballot_result: Result the current ballot tabulation matched to the class reports; ballot_match_method says how it was matched.
ballot_match_method: How the tabulation row was matched: exact_scope_number when the tabulation names the current plan's document and the class number and scope agree (or the plan has one class with that number). When it names another version or none, the method is order_carries_votes when the confirming order is related to that document, or cites it in its caption or beside solicitation or voting language and finds the modifications need no resolicitation or that acceptances stand; otherwise scope_number_name. A row whose class name shares no word with the class's is not matched.
ballot_document_public_id: Public identifier of the ballot tabulation filing the class's tally comes from.
ballot_page: Page of the tabulation filing that states the class's tally, when extraction recorded it.
ballot_holders_voting: Holders voting in the matched tabulation.
ballot_holder_acceptance_pct: Share of voting holders accepting, from the matched tabulation. In percent.
ballot_amount_voting_usd: Claim amount voting in the matched tabulation. In USD.
ballot_amount_acceptance_pct: Share of voting claim amount accepting, from the matched tabulation. In percent.
source_stage: Kind of filing the class row was extracted from, such as plan or disclosure_statement.
document_public_id: Public identifier of the filing the class row was extracted from.
