- jurisdiction
- Bankruptcy court jurisdiction.
- professional_entity_id
- Resolved firm or person identity, shared with committee-professionals; null if unresolved. Group by it to compare one professional across cases.
- application_document_public_id
- First admitted application or amendment; null when an order or another admitted source alone supports the engagement.
- order_document_public_id
- Entered order that decides the status, read from its extraction or its docket entry; null means none is held, not that none was entered.
- order_filed_date
- Filing date of that order, distinct from its effective date.
- asserted_effective_date
- Selected effective-date assertion; lifecycle and source assertions distinguish requested from ordered.
- effective_date_text
- Source wording for the selected effective-date assertion.
- scope_text
- The selected source's asserted scope excerpt. Other source-local excerpts are in scope_assertions.
- authority_sections
- Statutory authority asserted by current sources.
- nunc_pro_tunc
- Selected assertion about retroactive retention; null is distinct from false.
- retainer_value_state
- Retainer disclosure state; null means no assertion was selected.
- retainer_value_reason
- Why a cited retainer is not disclosed: sealed or redacted, not applicable, extraction failed, ambiguous, or source text incomplete (the source has unread pages, so it does not show the retainer is absent); null otherwise.
- minimum_retainer_amount
- Lower retainer amount in retainer_currency_code.
- target_retainer_amount
- Exact or target retainer amount; payment cadence remains in source wording.
- maximum_retainer_amount
- Upper retainer amount in retainer_currency_code.
- retainer_currency_code
- ISO currency code of the retainer assertion.
- retainer_formula_text
- Retainer formula or payment-cadence wording.
- indemnification
- Selected assertion about indemnification; null is distinct from false.
- tail_months
- Asserted contingent-fee tail in months.
- completeness_status
- Resolver completeness assessment, not source-population coverage.
- updated_at
- Time at which the projection last changed.
- scope_assertions
- Source-text-supported scope excerpt and asserted status from each source in this projection, in filing order. Applications request services; orders state their own terms. These excerpts are not a combined or independently verified current scope. Only excerpts matching current source text and bounded evidence are included; omission does not mean the filing lacks a scope. Consult lifecycle_events for orders, withdrawals and their targets.
- rate_tiers
- One tier per distinct stated rate. basis is requested from an application, noticed from a rate-change notice (effective_date is when the new rate applies), and approved only where an approving retention order restates it; band is set only for an hourly label naming one seniority level. The engagement-wide hourly rate is the unbanded 'Engagement hourly rate' tier. Query professional-retention-rates to compare tiers across engagements.
- compensation_terms
- One term per distinct stated fee other than hourly rates: a monthly fee, a transaction, sale or financing fee, a crediting of one fee against another, a minimum, a fee cap, or another fee. A fee_cap amount is the maximum charge, limited to period_start/period_end when stated; source_quote preserves its scope and exceptions. A fixed fee carries its amount and currency; a percentage or contingent fee carries the filing's formula_text. basis follows rate_tiers: approved only where an approving retention order states the term. The security retainer and tail are the retainer and tail_months columns.
- lifecycle_events
- What was filed and entered on the engagement, in filing order: each admitted application or amendment, each rate-change notice (rate_change, which sets no status), and each objection, withdrawal or entered order acting on it, read from the order's docket text or its extraction. target_document_public_id is the application or amendment an entry acts on, or the earlier order set aside by a vacated event. Vacating an order removes that order's effect and terms, preserving the underlying application. An objection does not undo an approval, and withdrawing an amendment leaves the application standing.
