Sources and analysis

We use court filings, public records, and news reporting. Material claims should link to supporting sources. Filing links let readers inspect the underlying evidence. A statement in a motion or declaration is a party’s account; it is not necessarily a court finding.

Our analysis connects facts across sources and explains transaction terms, financing, and unresolved issues. Calculations should identify their inputs and assumptions. Proposed transactions, approved transactions, and completed transactions are different stages.

AI and editorial review

AI assists with research, drafting, and review. Our publishing workflow calls for a separate editorial review of a draft, followed by checks of its format and source links. These steps can also use AI. The ElevenFlo Research byline does not mean a lawyer or a human editor has reviewed every article.

Updates and corrections

Articles describe the evidence available when researched. A publication or update date does not mean the entire docket has been checked through that date. Later filings can change the picture.
