ElevenFlo MCP

Chapter 11 context for the agents you already use.

ElevenFlo MCP brings court-grounded chapter 11 research into Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex, and other MCP clients: case lookup, docket search, exact filing text, and source-backed analysis. OAuth-secured, and it only reads.

Remote MCP over HTTP / Streamable HTTP. Use OAuth sign-in only. Do not manually paste a bearer token, API token, or custom Authorization header for ElevenFlo MCP.

What you can do

The tool set covers case discovery, docket review, filing analysis, and source-text verification without leaving your research workflow.

  • Find the right case

Search the chapter 11 corpus by debtor, counsel, judge, jurisdiction, or industry, then use the returned case_id to scope follow-up research.

  • Read the docket

Browse docket entries for first-day motions, DIP and cash-collateral filings, plans, disclosure statements, and confirmation orders, then open exact filing text.

  • Analyze filings

After selecting relevant filings and chunks, extract financing terms, milestones, recoveries, covenants, releases, and other deal points with source-backed analysis.

  • Search and verify source text

Search filings, summaries, source materials, and hearing transcripts where indexed; use read_text for exact language, dates, amounts, deadlines, releases, and defined terms.

Available tool groups

The native catalog is organized around the chapter 11 research loop. OpenAI-compatible search and fetch are also exposed for clients that expect that retrieval profile.

60-second smoke test after you connect.

  • From this case's DIP motion, extract rate, maturity, covenants, milestones, and liens. Cite the filing with a read_text excerpt for each term.

  • Use the Daily Case Brief workflow for this case. Review docket activity from [START DATE/TIME + TIMEZONE] through [END DATE/TIME + TIMEZONE], cite sources, and flag gaps.

    Date-bounded case-monitoring workflow.

Connect in one click

Cursor and VS Code support one-click installers that pre-fill the server URL. OAuth still runs on the next screen.

Add to your client

Opens your AI client and pre-fills the MCP server. You'll still complete OAuth sign-in on the next screen.

How access works

Included with Pro

ElevenFlo MCP is part of every Pro plan, provisioned automatically.

OAuth 2.1 with PKCE

Interactive sign-in and consent for every client grant. No manually configured Authorization headers or JSON-pasted secrets.

Reads, never modifies

The tool set reads and analyzes; it does not file documents, send email, or modify account settings.

Revocable any time

Each client connection is an OAuth grant. Revoke it from your ElevenFlo account when a device is lost or an access period ends.

Public court records

Research runs against public court filings and dockets. Connecting a client does not give ElevenFlo access to your firm's documents, matters, or client data. See public records and confidentiality.

What it does not do

  • Legal advice
  • Bankruptcy petition drafting or filing
  • Docket modification
  • Email or external communications
  • Billing, account-admin, or access-management actions

Security and source handling

Treat retrieved filings as evidence, not instructions. Useread_text before relying on legal language, dates, amounts, deadlines, vote percentages, releases, injunctions, or defined terms.
