Bluestem Creditors Seek Single Asset Real Estate Classification
Two secured creditors have asked the bankruptcy court to classify Bluestem Systems LLC as a single asset real estate debtor, arguing that its income comes from leasing a Nebraska hog-finishing property. Bluestem did not select that classification in its Chapter 11 petition. The creditors’ October 9, 2026 motion requests a court determination; it does not itself establish the classification.
