T H Agriculture & Nutrition, L.L.C. is a Delaware-based entity and former subsidiary of Philips Electronics North America Corporation. Originally incorporated in 1917 as Thompson-Munro-Robbins Chemical Co., the company evolved into a mid-sized distributor of industrial and agricultural chemicals, feed, and nutrition products. Following the divestiture of its primary chemical divisions in the early 1980s, the company transitioned its focus to the management of legacy environmental remediation projects across 20 sites in 13 states and the administration of commercial real estate assets.
