Keystone Consolidated Industries, Inc. (KESN.OB) is a publicly traded Delaware holding company and the sole remaining integrated wire products producer in the United States, headquartered in Peoria, Illinois. Through subsidiary FV Steel and Wire Company, Keystone manufactures carbon steel wire rod, industrial wire, agricultural fencing, barbed wire, hardware cloth, and nails at its Peoria mill, with additional plants in Wisconsin, Texas, and Ohio. The company employs approximately 1,200 workers, reported $307 million in net sales for 2003, and is owned by Contran Corporation.
