Inotiv’s plan goes effective as 18 debtor cases close
Inotiv’s amended joint prepackaged plan became effective and was substantially consummated on July 19, five days after the court entered the confirmation order at Dkt. 191. According to the effective-date and final-decree notice, the confirmation order also operated as the final decree closing 18 of the 19 debtor cases.
Precisium Solutions, LLC’s Case No. 26-90612 remains open as the administrative case for future filings, including claims matters and final fee applications. Professionals must file final requests for payment of professional fee claims by September 17, 2026, and parties seeking post-effective-date notices must renew their Bankruptcy Rule 2002 requests in the Precisium case or risk being removed from the service list. The restructuring has therefore moved from plan implementation into claims and fee administration, with remaining docket activity consolidated into a single case.
