Inotiv has emerged from chapter 11: its amended prepackaged plan became effective on July 19, 2026, was substantially consummated, and the confirmation notice reports entry of a final decree, with 18 of the 19 debtor cases closed and Precisium Solutions, LLC retained as the remaining case for fee and claims administration under the notice of confirmation, effective date, and final decree Dkt. 201. The 19 debtors filed on June 3 after operating pressures, elevated interest expense, and liquidity constraints converged with a heavily leveraged capital structure. The facilities identified in the record account for at least $475.4 million of funded debt, including first-lien loans, bridge loans, PIK notes, and convertible notes; after an unsuccessful out-of-court process, the debtors pursued a prepackaged deleveraging transaction supported by majorities of each principal funded-debt constituency, as described in the CFO first-day declaration Dkt. 6.
