The pending cash-collateral motion Dkt. 13 says that substantially all available cash is subject to prepetition liens and that immediate liquidity is needed for operations and case administration; it proposes budget-controlled use of cash collateral, replacement liens and senior administrative claims as adequate protection, and a carve-out for statutory and professional costs. The company filed on August 30, 2026 and moved quickly to stabilize its supply chain and government-customer relationships. Its critical-vendor and lien-claimant motion Dkt. 11 seeks authority to pay specified prepetition claims, subject to business-judgment controls, to support a going-concern sale process; it requests up to $500,000 of interim authority and $5 million of final authority.
