Basic Water Company is a Nevada water-utility operator serving Henderson’s Black Mountain Industrial Complex through a 16.6-mile raw and treated water system that historically moved Colorado River water from Lake Mead to the City of Henderson and major industrial users including TIMET, Borman Specialty Materials, Lhoist, and Olin. Its operating assets, owned by affiliate Basic Water Company SPE 1, LLC, included a 408.7-acre pipeline right-of-way, pumping stations, two 17-million-gallon reservoirs, and 8,206 acre-feet of annual water entitlements.
