Federation Employment and Guidance Service, Inc. (FEGS) is a New York-based not-for-profit health and human services organization founded in 1934, serving more than 120,000 individuals annually across metropolitan New York and Long Island. At its peak, FEGS operated over 350 programs spanning behavioral health, developmental disabilities, housing, workforce development, and youth and family services, employing approximately 2,200 professionals. More than 90% of revenues derived from government contracts with New York State and New York City agencies.
