Oceanwide Plaza LLC is a Los Angeles-based real estate developer and the U.S. subsidiary of Beijing-based Oceanwide Holdings Co. Ltd, with Oceanwide Real Estate Group (USA) Corp. as its sole member and manager. Formed in 2013, it owns and develops Oceanwide Plaza, a roughly 1.49 million-square-foot mixed-use complex on a 4.61-acre site across from Crypto.com Arena in downtown Los Angeles, planned as three high-rise towers with about 504 residential units, an 11-story Park Hyatt hotel, retail, dining, office space, and 1,412 parking spaces.
