Ho Wan Kwok (a/k/a Guo Wengui and Miles Guo) is a Chinese-born businessman who amassed significant wealth as a real estate developer in China before establishing a base of operations in New York City. From his residence at 162 East 64th Street (c/o Golden Spring (New York) Ltd.), Kwok operated a network of ventures including GTV Media Group, a Chinese-language digital media platform; G Club, a membership organization; and cryptocurrency and financial services entities under the Himalaya brand, collectively targeting the global Chinese diaspora across media, finance, and technology sectors.
