Aldrich Pump LLC is a North Carolina special-purpose LLC carved out of Trane Technologies (formerly Ingersoll-Rand) in May 2020 to hold the historical asbestos liabilities of the Ingersoll-Rand enterprise. Through predecessors dating to 1905, Aldrich manufactured industrial pumps and compressors under the Cameron Steam Pump, Aldrich Pump, and Ingersoll-Rand brands. Based in Davidson, North Carolina, Aldrich holds a 100% equity stake in 200 Park, Inc., a chiller manufacturer valued at $30–$32 million, and approximately $750 million in unexhausted asbestos insurance coverage.
