Fairfield Williamsburg asked the court to adjourn its October 22 plan confirmation hearing and reset the related deadlines, including the October 15 objection deadline. The motion to adjourn confirmation says the case is not ready for confirmation because the property sale still requires court approval and the related Section 363(h) adversary proceeding must advance before plan distributions can be finalized.

The debtor has selected a successful bidder, but no sale hearing had been scheduled when it filed the motion. If granted, the current confirmation calendar—including the notice deadline set 35 days before the hearing—will no longer control, requiring creditors and other parties to track replacement dates. Subchapter V trustee Paula Beran and the U.S. Trustee indicated no objection to the proposed relief.
