Sale·
The court approved bidding procedures for Princeton Ski Shop’s interests in real property leases, other assets, intellectual property, and real property, and set related auction, approval-hearing, and cure-information deadlines through the bidding procedures orderDkt. 274. That order followed the debtors’ February sale motion, which said they could no longer sustain operations or propose a feasible reorganization and sought authority to sell substantially all merchandise and FF&E through going-out-of-business sales, with bids due February 19, 2008, an auction targeted for February 20, and a $25,000 expense-reimbursement cap for a stalking-horse agent under the sale and stalking-horse motionDkt. 174.
The sale track matters because the case shifted from operating-reorganization optionality into liquidation execution: lease cure amounts, bid qualification, auction timing, and sale approval now drive recoveries and counterparties’ leverage.
