Carbon Health is now in post-confirmation administration: the reorganized debtors are resolving remaining cure disputes, while the Carbon Health Litigation Trust is reconciling claims, transitioning assets and evaluating estate causes of action. The next identified court milestone is an August 20, 2026 status conference on unresolved prepetition and stub claims and postpetition cure amounts, as set out in the cure-claims status notice Dkt. 916. The Trust, meanwhile, has asked to extend its deadline to remove related litigation through February 1, 2027, citing the continuing work of claims reconciliation, asset monetization and investigation of potential claims in its removal-deadline motion Dkt. 907. The case began on February 2, 2026, after the health-technology and management-services enterprise encountered declining revenue and constrained access to outside capital as pandemic-era demand receded.
