ORDER SUA SPONTE LIMITING NOTICE: On July 17, 2026, Attorney Sklarz on behalf of Craig Jalbert, as Liquidating Custodian to Reorganized Debtors, filed a Motion to Approve Settlement Agreement between Old CP, Inc. and Novo Advisors, LLC. ECF No. 1676. After notice and pursuant to the statements made during a hearing held on August 27, 2026, the Court granted the Motion with a separate Order to enter thereafter. In light of the number of creditors and parties in interest in this case, the Court sua sponte limits notice of the Order as set forth herein. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED: That, the Clerk's Office shall limit service of the Order Granting the Motion to Approve Settlement to the Debtors, Office of the United States Trustee, Carla Squatrito, Sando Squatrito, Sergio Squatrito, and any party with an appearance in this case or requesting notice by first class U.S. mail and/or electronic mail.
