Appellants confirm that the UCC financing statements they filed naming Ditech Financial LLC as debtor - New York Department of State Filing Nos. 201808318401058 and 201808288394535 - are inactive, and Appellants assert no lien, security interest, or claim against Ditech Financial LLC, the Wind Down Estates, or any property they serviced or held.
