Imperial Toy reported a December 18, 2019 asset-sale closing in its December 31 cash-collateral filing Dkt. 126, followed by approval of post-sale cash-collateral use in the January 13, 2020 cash-collateral order Dkt. 152. Conversion to Chapter 7 was the next proposed step, but the February 25, 2020 notice of an unsigned conversion order Dkt. 199 does not establish that conversion occurred.
