Page 2 labels the columns “Current Quarter” and “Total Since Effective Date.” Adding them would count the current quarter twice. The report's transfer total also does not establish a recovery percentage for a particular claim class.
The structured dataset identifies the report and its cumulative total. The quarterly amount above comes from reading the filing. This example combines both steps.
